on December 21, 1998. Quest has received its IRS tax identification number and is
recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as an S-Corporation. Quest Electronics
was founded by its current board of Directors. A significant amount of the product
development work is also being completed by the founders, with contract engineers
completing the balance of development efforts.

| Jarrod Eliason |
Title: President,
Director. Jarrod received his BSEE degree from GMI Engineering & Management
Institute (now Kettering University). Jarrod has obtained experience in integrated
circuit design and electronics system design through his work at Guidant Corporation
(Cardiac Pacemakers, Inc.), United Technologies Automotive and Ramtron International
Corporation. Jarrod oversees all aspects of the company from legal and business
matters to product development. In addition, Jarrod serves as Lead Digital Engineer. |
| Brady Hustad |
Title: Vice
President, Secretary, Director. Brady received his BS degree in Management of
Information Systems from GMI. Brady oversees Quest's finances and orchestrates
marketing efforts. Brady also has a strong engineering background and well practiced
software development skills, which he will use to help in development of PC based
products. |
| Jerry Eliason |
Title:
Director. Jerry began studying and experimenting with underwater acoustics and
analog signal processing in 1992 and, working in his basement, created a fully functional
side scan sonar system. Several improvements later, this system is now ready to be
manufactured and sold. Jerry dove Lake Superior shipwrecks for most of his 23 years
of diving. Today, Jerry focuses his efforts on searching for undiscovered
shipwrecks and developing the equipment necessary to do so. |
| Karen Eliason |
Title:
Director. Karen is a key source of technical and analytical services to Quest
Electronics. Her wide range of experiences including manufacturing, quality assurance,
management information, and database construction give Karen a breadth of knowledge that
is critical to the success of a high-tech product company. Karen recently accepted
the added responsibility of overseeing international compliance efforts. |
| Kraig Smith |
Title:
Director. Kraig provides business and financial oversight to Quest
Electronics. Kraig has served as Vice President of Finance for Rice Lake Weighing
Systems since 1991. Kraig holds a BA degree in Accounting and earned his CPA in
1980. Kraig is also a shipwreck diver. |
